Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ToyTrader platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use of Service

ToyTrader provides a platform for users to swap toys using our internal currency called "Zennies." Users can list toys, assign Zennie values, and trade with other users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any toys exchanged through our platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• All toys you list comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Toys are accurately described and free from defects unless explicitly stated
• Toys are clean, sanitized, and safe for their intended age group
• You have the legal right to offer the toys for trade

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account or password

Zennie Currency

Zennies are an internal virtual currency used exclusively within the ToyTrader platform. Zennies:

• Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money
• Cannot be transferred to another user except through toy exchanges
• Remain the property of ToyTrader and may be revoked at our discretion
• May be earned through platform activities or purchased according to our current pricing

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Posting or transmitting harmful or malicious code
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the service
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the service
• Listing toys that are recalled, dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate for children

Intellectual Property

The ToyTrader service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ToyTrader and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

By posting content on ToyTrader, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

ToyTrader does not warrant that:

• The service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToyTrader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Toys or products exchanged through our platform

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
